New longitudinal cutting system fully adjustable for the unwinding unit.
This new system developed by our engineers, allows the user to adjust the height, position and angle of the blade, giving him more freedom to recalibrate, if necessary, the unwinding unit.
It also allows a faster assembly of the entire group of the blade and the fast replacement of only the blade, for its sharpening.
Maded with high quality materials, as aluminium and stainless steel, that reduce its total weight and avoid rusting caused by air humidity.
(This system is already installed in all SN models)
Rotatory cutting system
The rotatory cutting system, composed by two helicoidal blades turning in both senses, means an improvement in the production regarding to the conventional systems with one only blade, because the knife's impact is lower and softer. As well, the need for sharpening of the blades is not so frequent, extending the blade's life.
